The VALOI easy120 Advancer is an accessory attachment for the VALOI easy120 Scanning Kit that improves the efficiency and precision of the easy120 system. It attaches to the side of the easy120 main unit using the two included thumb screws. Rubber rollers that are adjustable for several film formats and sizes are driven by knurled aluminum knobs.
The Advancer improves the ergonomics of scanning by avoiding awkward and cumbersome movements to pull film through the holders. With the rollers, you can efficiently move film through the holders while keeping a consistent hand position, allowing higher speed with more confidence. Using rollers allows you to make small framing adjustments with much more accuracy and consistency than simply pulling the film through the holder by (gloved) hand. This allows you to maintain consistent film framing, making batch cropping of your scans easier than ever. Scanning with consistent film framing can save several minutes per roll in post-processing.

The smart configuration of grooves on the easy120 Advancer axles allows for adjustment to all roll film formats, from 120 film down to Minox film. To adjust, simply move the rubber rollers sideways on the smooth steel axle.
It includes two thumb screws and four spare rubber rollers. The VALOI easy120 Advancer is only compatible with the VALOI easy120 scanning system.
