Most things ship for $9.99, or $15.99 for expedited 2–4 day shipping.

Some larger or heavier items cost a little more to ship. If that applies to your order, we’ll get in touch with you before adding any additional shipping charges.

You’ll receive an email when we receive your order, and another with tracking information once it’s on its way.

We primarily ship with UPS and USPS. Prefer FedEx? Just let us know and we’re happy to use it.

Shipping charges are non-refundable on returned orders.

RETURNS

We try to be as flexible as we can with returns, but there are a few things we need you to know before you buy.

Film

Film is sensitive to heat, light, and time, and its condition can change if it isn't stored properly. Once film leaves our shop, we can't know how it was stored, so we're unable to accept returns on film.

New Cameras & Lenses

We can accept returns on new cameras and lenses as long as they are still in new, unused condition and the original packaging hasn't been opened.

Once a camera or lens has been used or the packaging has been opened, we can no longer sell it as new. In those cases, a restocking fee may apply so we can sell it as open-box or preowned.

FULL RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY 

Once a greenhouse, our studio is filled with beautiful natural light, old concrete floors,  and plenty of room and character to make beautiful photographs while not stressed about scuffing the floors.

Need an extra battery, memory card, or a roll of seamless paper while you're here? Our shop is just steps away, so you can grab what you need without leaving your shoot.

Our studio rental is $45 and hour or $300 for the day. Affordable enough to have an impromptu photo shoot with friends or finally get to your product shots.

A FEW HOUSE RULES

Paper backdrops in lots of colors are available to purchase for your shoot. Arrive a little early to choose your paper, pay, and get set up.

And please leave the studio as you found it—or better. Take your garbage with you and put the gear back where it belongs. We all appreciate walking into a clean space, ready to make something.

If you leave the studio significantly messier than you found it, a $30 cleaning fee will apply.
