The Hoya NXT Plus Circular Polarizing Filter effectively minimizes reflections and glare by blocking polarized light that bounces off non-metallic surfaces. This happens because sunlight reflects off air molecules and becomes partially polarized, creating a hazy effect. By arranging and filtering the polarized light perpendicular to the reflected light, the filter can absorb much of it, thereby significantly reducing glare and reflections on non-metallic surfaces. As a result, the sky and foliage appear more saturated.
