The X1R-N is a wireless receiver that turns your Nikon setup into a multi-flash system. Pair it with the Godox X1T-N transmitter and you can trigger and control flashes remotely over 328 feet away on one of 32 channels—plenty of range and channel separation for most shoots.

What makes it useful: full i-TTL support means your camera and receiver talk to each other for exposure, so you're not guessing flash power in changing light. You also get high-speed sync, flash compensation, and exposure lock. The real workhorse feature is managing up to five separate flash groups, or use ratio mode to set three groups at different power levels relative to each other—handy for shaping light without constant adjustments.

Mount a flash directly to the hot shoe, or plug in a studio strobe via the 2.5mm sync port. The backlit LCD on the back lets you dial in sync delay, triggering modes, and other settings on the fly. Runs on two AA batteries and accepts firmware updates via micro-USB.
