The Canon RF-S 10-18mm f/4.5-6.3 IS STM is a compact ultra-wide zoom designed for APS-C EOS R cameras. With a 16-29mm equivalent focal range, it’s a lightweight option for landscapes, interiors, architecture, travel, and vlogging.
Ultra-Wide Zoom
The 10-18mm range makes it easy to fit expansive scenes into the frame or work comfortably in tight spaces. Two UD elements and one aspherical element help reduce distortion and color fringing while maintaining sharp, accurate detail.
Canon’s Super Spectra coating also helps control flare and ghosting when shooting in bright or backlit conditions.
Smooth Autofocus and Stabilization
The STM autofocus motor provides quick, smooth, and nearly silent focusing for both photography and video. Full-time manual focus override is available when you want more precise control.
Built-in optical stabilization provides up to 4 stops of shake correction, or up to 6 stops with Coordinated IS when paired with a compatible EOS R camera.
Compact and Lightweight
Weighing just 5.3 oz and measuring about 1.8" long when retracted, the RF-S 10-18mm is easy to carry for travel or everyday shooting. Its small size also works especially well for handheld video and vlogging setups where keeping weight down matters.
The RF mount allows the lens to attach directly to both APS-C and full-frame EOS R cameras without an adapter, with full-frame bodies automatically using a cropped image area.
