Essential Photo Supply SHIPPING POLICY
- We ship out of Salt Lake City with UPS or USPS and can typically provide next-day delivery to our Utah customers when their orders are placed before 3:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
- Shipping is free for orders over $99. Our free shipping policy applies only to the contiguous lower 48 states. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international locations do not qualify for free shipping. *It also excludes oversized items such as chemicals, printers, seamless background rolls, and other dimensionally weighted items by our shipping carriers. Essential Photo Supply RETURN POLICY
We take every step to ensure that our customers have the right gear and products to fit their needs.
We do realize however needs can change. If that happens, we will return products if the following criteria are met:
- Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase or delivery date with the original sales receipt.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Items must have the manufacturer's original packaging, tags, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. This applies to any broken seals that may exist on the product.
If any of the above criteria are not met, Essential is unable to issue a full refund, and the item(s) will be subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee (as the item is now only able to be resold as preowned), up to the point of not accepting the returned product(s).
Sales for the following items are non-returnable:
- Film, Darkroom Papers & Chemistry
- Ink cartridges
- Paper (once opened)
- Software & memory cards (once opened)
- Firmware Keys
- Bulbs
- Batteries (all types)
- Special ordered items
- Printers once inks have been installed
- Cinema Equipment - including RED, Blackmagic, Canon and Sony
- Drones
- Gimbals and Stabilizers
- External Storage once opened (i.e. SSDs, Hard Drives)
- Underwater equipment that has been submerged
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment at the time of purchase. Credit card refunds must be on the same card as the original purchase.
Limited Liability
Essential Photo Supply is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. Essential Photo Supply is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
